A mobile pickup trolley, designed to fit naturally into Emmerys’ existing furniture family

The brief

A dedicated station for online order pickup, designed to work as its own piece of furniture rather than an add-on — easy to place anywhere in-store, easy for staff to restock, and recognisably part of the Emmerys look.

Design evolution

  1. First take on the Click & Collect station
  2. Refined into a version with clearer, more defined product placement
  3. Wheels added for easier day-to-day operation
  4. A sign was needed for when the station doesn’t stand against a wall
  5. Styled as a baking trolley to align with the brand
  6. Result: a flexible Click & Collect station that improves staff efficiency and reinforces brand identity
